Upload the original report

Accepts one PDF or UTF-8 CSV up to 5 MB. Each account can retain up to 25 reports or 50 MB. CSV columns are conservatively pre-filled; PDFs require manual entry during review.

Steps 2 and 3

Review and confirm

Compare every pre-filled value with the downloadable original. Method, depth, units, and sampling location are part of the result—not optional decoration.
